Includes:

3-hours for your event, 1.5 hours for setup before your event, and 1 hour after for cleanup (5.5 hours total).

Use of the first floor of the farmhouse including the kitchen as well as restrooms on both floors.

Outside space including a patio and fountain, and 30’x30’ lawn area which will be tented from April through October to allow for outdoor seating.

An on-site event assistant for the duration of your event.

Seating for up to 70 guests. Seating can be all indoors, all outdoors, or a combination of both.

3 high-top cocktail tables and additional 4’ and 6’ tables available for food, gifts, games, etc.

Indoor and outdoor bars with copper drink tubs.
AVAILABILITY
Rentals are available from Friday afternoon through Sunday evening. Available Saturdays in June, September, and October are reserved for weddings until 3 months before the event. We do have a waiting list for those dates. Explore our calendar—we keep it up-to-date with the latest availability.
FOOD & DRINK
You are welcome to bring your own food or use any caterer you wish.
We are a BYOB venue, so you are permitted to bring alcohol.
