ENTRY

  • We have a glass door welcome table, perfect place for guest books, favors, gifts, photos, and more. 

  • This space can also be used for bar or buffet, depending on seating layout.

DINING ROOM

  • This space can be used for guest seating or a buffet table. 

  • You can see seating options for events here. 

LIVING ROOM

  • This is where most of your guests will likely sit. You can see seating options for events here.

OUTDOORS

  • Our patio includes a large bar - perfect for serving beverages.

  • The stage can be used by a band or DJ, or makes a great photo spot.

  • Dancing typically occurs around the fountain.

  • Lawn is 30x30ft with turf.  The lawn is tented for all events from April through October.

KITCHEN

  • Our kitchen includes a refrigerator and freezer, microwave, and stove. 

  • Event rentals can use the kitchen for their buffet if seating for more than 40 guests indoors is set up.

RESTROOMS (NOT SHOWN)

  • We have two restrooms at Sage: one of the first floor and one on the second floor. Both have an adjoining waiting room.
