Sage Farmhouse
Guest Guide
We've compiled a comprehensive guide to events at Sage Farmhouse. On this page, you'll find all the information you need to know before visiting, including directions, parking, handicap accommodations, and more.
ADDRESS

The Sage Farmhouse at Hillwood Farm

If you put the address into your GPS, it may show up as Aston. That's okay!

Look out for our road sign (pictured).

PARKING & NAVIGATING THE PROPERTY
The Farmhouse is the first building on your right as you enter the gates (pictured). You can drop off passengers, gifts, and other supplies in the circle in front of the house.

To park, you’ll continue up the driveway and make a left at the top into our parking lot.
Find the walkway to Sage under the arch with the owls. For your safety, please do not walk down the driveway.

ACCESSIBILITY
Due to the historic nature of our building, we were unable to meet ADA compliance. (Our historic status deemed us exempt as structural limitations made accessibility virtually impossible). Our ground-floor bathroom has two steps up and a narrow hallway, and it does not accommodate a wheelchair. There are two steps between the living room and dining room. The tented area also has steps leading to it, but does have a railing on each side. Our front and back entrances are wheelchair accessible.

For guests with disabilities, we recommend being dropped off in front of Sage in front of the big red door. For those with disabilities driving themselves, pull around the circle and park against the curb in the indicated spaces. You do not need a handicapped tag to use these parking spaces. If the handicapped parking is full, please see Sage staff for guidance.

ATTIRE
Our property is very hilly, so we encourage guests to bring comfortable shoes to get to and from the venue.
Depending on the event you are attending, you may be sitting indoors or outdoors. The inside is air-conditioned during the summer months and we have a tent for outdoor seating. Please note that many of our outdoor spaces feature pavers and turf, so footwear should be chosen accordingly.
