Is The Sage Farmhouse air-conditioned?
Yes! We have upgraded central air!

What rental days and times are available?
The Sage Farmhouse is available for events Friday evening through Sunday evening. Due to building use, we are unable to host events Monday-Thursday. All events must end by 10PM due to local noise ordinance.

Are linens included?
No.

Are china, glassware, flatware, chafing dishes, etc included?
No

Does Sage have a sound system?
No, but we have wifi indoors and out for streaming from your own Bluetooth speaker or sound equipment!
Can I set up early?
No.

Is the dressing room included in an Event rental?
No.
Can we use different tables inside or outside?
No.
Are there decorating guidelines?
Yes!

Real candles are permitted but they must be enclosed in glass

No loose decorations including confetti, glitter, petals, no powder or confetti cannons,

Nothing may be attached to any surface – no tape, pins, Command strips, etc. All of the mantles have hooks for hanging, as well as the perimeter of the tent and fence may be used. WE do not all anything hung from the outdoor lights.
