Take Rt. 1 North towards Media, approximately 5 miles. Turn right on S. Pennell Rd (Rt. 452). See * below.

Take Exit 5 toward Lima. Travel approximately 5 miles. (You will pass the Granite Run Mall.) Make a left on S. Pennell Rd (Rt. 452). See * below.

*Travel approximately 2 miles on Pennell Rd. You’ll pass King’s Mill and a little league baseball field on the left. Hillwood Farm is on the right.

Exit at PA-452 toward US-322/Aston. Turn left on Market St. (Rt. 452). See ** below.

From I-95 S

Exit at 3A toward West Chester. Make a slight right on Conchester Rd. Turn right on Market St. (Rt. 452). See ** below.

**Travel approximately 3.5 miles on Pennell Road (Rt. 452). You’ll pass Barnaby’s Restaurant on the left. Hillwood Farm is two houses past Barnaby’s on the left.

Parking

Ample parking is available in the lot opposite the farmhouse. Drive up the hill and take a sharp left at the top of the hill to enter the parking lot. Take the lower walkway to The Sage Farmhouse.
